No gym contract, an affordable and safe way to ensure increase fitness and avoid injury. Join a group class or opt for a one on one session, just sign up, find a time that suits you and workout at home, the park at work, or anywhere that has WiFi.

HOW IT WORKS

AT HOME, NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED

Online sessions are done using video call through your web browser so that you can see your personal trainer and they can see you. We have group classes of up to 5 people and one on one sessions available. We always recommend you begin with a one on one so that our trainers can learn more about your goals and assess any weakness or injury – but it’s not required.

WHAT DO I NEED?

WORKOUT ANYWHERE

No equipment needed. All you will need is either a phone/tablet, laptop or computer with a webcam and some space to workout! We can recommend some small items like a Pilates ball, a matt and bands to boost the efficacy of your workout, especially as you get more fit, but that’s up to you.
